How to make "EXP Stage" and how to make monsters atk

I need 1 last help. I've created my 8.60 Server and everything works. The only things that i need to do now is make the monsters give me exp. I don't know what my exp stage is. how can i check or change it?

Yea found it thanks. Also i get this error when i start my server up [27/05/2015 18:06:53] [Spawn::addMonster] Cannot find "Target Dummy" and [27/05/2015 18:06:52] [Spawn::addMonster] Cannot find "Young Sea Serpent" How can i get rid of this or fix it

You're missing monsters in your data/monster directory.
If you place an monster/npc in map editor, you also must have it in the server directory, otherwise this error pops up.
If you put ghazbaran somewhere for example, then the server reads information about it from the directory - such as hp, abilities, looktype, etc etc.
