Windows How to make items?

Im working with a neverland 7.6 server and i need to Edit/create new items..
Also need to add new monsters to RME. How do i do these stuff?

If you mean new spirtes, you can use an spr editor for that.

Second about monsters on rme
just made your monster.xml file
then open rme and go to your rme
File -> Import - Import Monsters/NPC...
Search for your monster.xml file and press open
u will find it in creature - Others
