How to make rocks respawn after a certain amount of time

I Have a mining script, And The rock ids get smashed after a use with a pick axe. how do you make the rocks respawn after a certain amount of time, or after someone does /save

Look in the mining script where it removes/transforms the rock and add it above that line.
