How to Make Website Public

[Nightmare]

Hello,

I have port forwarded ports 7171 TCP/UDP, 7172 TCP/UDP and 80 TCP or (8000) and set-up a no-ip domain, but cannot figure out why people still cannot access my website.
Only I can see it from 127.0.0.1 or localhost at the moment. Am I missing something?

If anyone has a solution, it would be greatly appreciated.

maybe your apache is wrong check that, maybe your ports, maybe other programm is using port 80,..

 

[Nightmare]

The only other program using port 80 is apache.exe, what do I do?
