I'm trying to figure out Where do you put your No-ip Address so players can use it instead of the ip to connect to the website?

I'm Using Znote AAC. I'm Trying to make it so players will use the IP they use to log Onto The Game to load The Website. So Instead of trying 444.xxx.xxx:80 they Will Use Otservlist.no-ip.org.
