Lua How to move from distance?

The older tfs i had i could move object, people, and myself by dragging and dropping with my mouse. I just upgraded to 9.6 but i cant drag and drop.

Can someone tell me what I put in what folder please?

It's a "flags" or "customflags" from groups.xml ?

Im not sure what I would do with flags or custom flags.
