can i move for example addons/outfits from map to another one with same tfs version without getting bugged everyimt i try to change outfits in game?
how can i do that?

What you mean with moving addons/outfits from map to another one? Addons/Outfits has nothing to do with map.
You should check data\XML\outfits.xml
