How to move players items in houses to their depots?
Is it any database commands for this?
And is it any commands you can do to remove items that are "stored" in the houses from database or do i just remove tiles_items?

How do i remove all the house owners?

It's automatic, all you have to do is changer owner with /owner <name>. it will go to your first town ID [1].
