From which kind of bank account are you going to pay with?

If its a normal person bank account then you need these:
Account name: DRAGONARA ALLIANCE LTD
and then it seems like they got two accounts, one for USD and one for EUR (I am not sure but i doesn't think that the IBAN is needed) however:
