I downloaded both the 7.4 client from the site and the tibialoader, but when i click install clients from directory it says "Make sure that program you've provided is Tibia client, because its version couldn't have been recognized."

You can download the 7.4 client and use OTLand's IP Changer aswell:

If I recall correct you can also edit the properties of the exe adding the IP to the executeable that way.
By adding host and port, like this example:
