How to publish my website!?

Hello, this is my first thread so please be nice

Now my problem, How do i publish my website...
I have done everything allready. Open ports, enable donates, paypal, and so on!
Everything that this guide tells me to do.

Are you sure that your ports are open?
you can check it at Open Port Check Tool
make sure your firewall isnt blocking the ports. (dont turn of your firewall, just give acces to those ports)

Ohh, that shit was embarrassing. i opened port 8080 and not 80. lol

Btw one thing am i unsure about, When i go to paypal i go to Instant Payment Notification (IPN). im unsure what domain i would wirte, is it only the first like " http://skanda.no-ip.org/" or is it the sub domain 2? like this "http://skanda.no-ip.org/buypoints.php"

How can i controll that this works?
