How To remove Max Skill/Magic Level -Rep++

I wondering how i can remove max skill/Magic Level from all vocations..

Example: Paladin magic level cant pass 33+

Change what? You should try setting a knights ML to 100 in the database, then casting a spell using him. Your server will crash.
