1. How to remove "Minimize" and "Exit" function at game_healthinfo??
2. How to remove this box? (MiniWindow id: healthInfoWindow)

Anyone can help me?

Goto health folder open all files ctrl + f in your text editor and search for those options then ofcourse remove them

You cannot remove this box, because it's a base of this module (miniWindow), you can change it for example to UIWidget with no background in .otui files.
Then remember to make the appropriate corrections in the lua file.
You must try to learn the basics on your own or pay somebody to make tasks for you.
