TFS 1.X+ How to repair Tfs 1.5 Nekiro 8.60

Hello, I come with this problem, namely on the attached picture I marked 2 X one green the other red. Where it is green you can throw magic wall, gfb and attack the player while where I marked red you cannot. Is anyone able to help me?
