How to rip off item game sprites

Okay so I would really apriciate any kind of help here even though it aint about Tibia but the game similar to this one. I'm making a fan page and i need to get my hands on the game item monster npc sprites, how do i do it? The game has the same perspective as tibia does its called zezenia, please don't flame the graphic and shit i know it sucks but still im playing it and im wiling to pay small amount of money i got on Selena for your answer that helps me in any way.

well maybe you can search for spr editor and try to make it work for the zezenia client
or write a program what can do that. OR the dummest idea but any how make screenshots of all sprites ingame and collect make a new sprite file hehe
