Hello,
I hope this tutorial will be useful to you. Maybe you are boring when players ask you for msn or something? Well you can make Live Support for your server on your website, and every player will be able to ask you something or report bug. If you don't understand better, i'm gonna show you how it works.
Well, i choice Online Chat Centers: Live Web Person, Live Chat Support, Live Support Software, Online Customer Support Service for your web site . Becouse it's free, and you can have few operators for free.
First go Online Chat Centers: Live Web Person, Live Chat Support, Live Support Software, Online Customer Support Service for your web site and then press
Fill up your informations
When you're done click continue
After that, login
Fill up this informations and go next
Browse company logo
Add online/offline icons
Finally press Save
Copy html codes
Go to your website, and add news
Add them, and you will see that icon, but it's offline.
Go back to onlinechatcenters, and go to Dashboard, and download
After you downloaded it, install it and run it, then login in your account
After you successful login, you will see something like this
Go to your website>news, and you will see online icon
Now, let's test it! Press Online icon, then in new tab you will see something like this
Click on tibia picture, and you will see this
Fill informations, and press send!
In occ agent, it will alert you, and just accept call
And then chat!!
