How to start a Quest? (Noob question, sorry)

Type in the quest name at the search bar.

I would want to add that these are not the only quests we have, but some of the major. I believe all of the quests that are shown there are exactly like on real tibia, so following a guide on TibiaWiki would work(as the poster above said). Hurray, I started the "Isle of Evil Quest" and ... well ... that are much more huge Adventures than Quests as known from other rpgs.
That's good -- no, great! Wow!
But I stuck atm on getting Fruit Juice without wedding someone.
