Lua How to stop attacking at exit (TFS1.0)?

How can I make players stop attacking when I exit, option doesnt come with config.lua, and I added it but it doesn't work...

And where Can I edit the Offline Training Rates, because Magic Statue is too low and others skills aren't.?

Help me please.

Adjust the Offline Training rates by changing the values for rateSkill/rateMagic or create 2 new config keys just for Offline Training.
