Windows How to update server from 10.41-10.71~?

Hey!

i got a question, i currently got my ot working and running on 10.35<-->10.41 but i'd like to update it to the latest possible version preferably to 10.71->higher. I can't find any of the servers, probably not looking good. If you know where i can find newer versions of my ot please help me out!

Okay there are new files. But how to update the hole server with database, tibia client?
Can someone explain it step by step? I'm really newbie about it and all topics end the same way:
Here are files, replace them and then worry that everything stopped working.

You know most people got updated items.otb got their own quests etc.
You have to manually replace absolutely everything?
How to make it painless? wouldn't replace items.otb and client be enough?
