How to use a new version of items.otb

hello i'm using the TFS 0.4 rev 3777 but i need a new version of items because i wan't the new items, but when i use for example the items of a newer version, when the server starts says somethin like wrong items.otb (i change all the items folder), i don't know if i only need to change the items.xml or all the folder so please help me.
if i need a compatible version of the items.otb please help me to find the newest...

no, mine don't have the elite draken mail for example....and i have so much items that says "report to the gamemaster"
