how u get it to run in windows server 2003

Hey my friend trying to host a 8.31 that he running on a
Windows server 2003 and when he runs it says unable to load items.otmb on it but It runs fine on my vista..

He asked me to ask you guys so please help thanks

So you mean that you use exactly the same server including all files? on vista it works and on Windows Server 2003 it doesn't?
