Huge proplem

Hello guys:
I just want to kindly say how to make a tibia private server i went to youtube so on i made everything i can but it just apper running what i do i go to local host i download thousands of downloads and make the config. i downloaded xampp can any 1 help me?

Tibia X.XX?
what server you got ?
What is your AAC manager
