Hey, i got a 10.36 (compiled) TFS server, And my question is HOW can i remove/reduce and fix This?
How do i get my rune reduced in Cooldown. Like huge?
"I's pretty small but its located in upper left chat bar it's the CD (Cooldown)"
Now i want to remove this annoying stuff.

In config.lua.
And finally this, I want this to show the numbers all the time when i use my healing rune.
"I get this when i use the healing rune with full hp, See i get no numbers."
"And this is when i use it with little HitPoints (HP) i get the numbers." You see the point.
Well if it's confusing just tell please!
