You go to Thais then to go Carlin then to go Venore then Ab then Kazz then from kazz you go to thais and go to Goroma then from there you follow the trial.

Ok, Go goroma then kill all the island trolls (not necessary) then you go to one of the hole and use shovel go in the hole
dont forget to take a rope

Then rope yourself up again and go straight to west

Since nobody is helping you, run west from boat there will be a hole go down and after that run left and rope up then you should run north-west and there will be a hole with tps right of you to the hydra island for example and the rest of the island.
