I am looking for tfs 1.2 and tibi for a 12+ client or some guide on how to upgrade client versions to tfs 1.2 because I need to transfer some functions from one to the other

This repo is based on TFS (probably 1.3 though). It supports client 12, but it can have performance issues.

yes i know this is tfs 1.3 but we have a problem with it because the time functions with tfs 1.2 will not work for me on tfs 1.3 in this problem
