Windows I am under DDoS Attack!

Hello, I think I am under a DDoS Attack!


I cant connect to my own 127.0.0.1 or my homepage.. Quicksilver - Free Online Role-Playing Game just works sometimes but then its gone after a while... Also I cant connect to my server, I asked many and they saying its DDoS attack!


What can I do to stop this?

Solutions:

* Change to linux and use IPTABLES
* Get a better dedicated, with a better internet (I recommend Softlayer)
