I can move my quest chests!.. :/

I think its a bug. I can move all quest chests in my serv

It weighs 120.00 oz.
ItemID: [1747].
UniqueID: [8018].
Position: [X: 446] [Y: 805] [Z: 12].

It have UniqueID but i can move it. what i can do?..

For sure because he can see item uid

Check it with normal player.
