I cannot find talkactions.xml

Hello i want to add a new talkAction to my server its 12.64 but i try many ways to find that archive but i cant, someone know how can i find it or how can i add a new talkAction i'm new in this

You should always post the TFS version / distribution that you need help with, otherwise most of the times people will be unable to help you.

I assume it's Canary - talkactions can be done through revscripts only
