I cannot generate item/outfits images for Gesior ACC

Hello as in title I cannot generate item/outfits images for Gesior ACC. I'm making custom Naruto ots ver 854. Im using the tools made by Gesior but it won't load my tibia.spr file. I tried everything. Nothing works. Please help
