Windows I cannot post in advertisement section why not?

I am attempting to let everyone know about my ot server but i cannot seem to post on the advertisement board why is that?

i make my post then i click create thread and it starts to do something then stops immediatly unlike on this forum it will create it just fine i cannot even make a preview in advertisments.

Are you using an ad-blocker? If so try disabling, it was a problem for a few other people in the past.
