I cant connect to shadowcores

I tried to connect to shadow cores now from 3 different computers with the cliets:

- 10.20
- 10.30
- 10.36

And i just get

I aslo tried loggin in with the IP adress from shadowcores the original ip..

BTW: I could loggin to it with all clients before 10.20

Please help me!

1. Maybe you typed the ip wrong.

2. Your Firewall could be blocking the connection.

i had a disconnect today and now this is happening to me

yeah i have the sam problem... i've tryed to install different clients but its just saying " connecting to the game server" and nothing happes ( yes i have the right ip)
but if you think the firewall is blocking then why can i connect to other servers and to RL tibia ?
Do any of you have any solution ?

The server seems to have gone into a deadlock, I've saved everything and restarted the server. We'll be looking into the problem to prevent it from happening again.

Yea , i had the same example like a part of my friend's who live in america are laaging and iam not they getting disconected and when im getting disconected they are not getting disconnected seems like it's some problems have to be fixed or some brazols are pinging :/
