Solved I cant Connect

I hosted my server and people can log in by using the global ip but when I try to connect Locally from a 2nd computer it loads the character list but says connection refused when I try to log in

I dont get what it is trying to say but everyone can log in from different internets but the local wont let me

Maybe You Have To Add Internet Protocol(TCP/IP) .. To Be as Everyone From Different Internets
