I can't get through the bars

maybe you know why I can't pass through this area for an ordinary player

these grids are white
only gm I can pass. and in the map editor I have nothing set on these boxes

Press O, V and and Ctrl+H in RME and show screenshot.

Also check for aid and uid on those tiles.

Thats a house.

Right click - select house on any of those dark blue tiles (they'll turn light blue) and start removing them holding control.

You may want to check if the rest of your houses are alright. Not only in the house list inside the editor (sorted by towns) but also the tiles in the map itself - those are saved with the map despite having or not houses in the external file houses.xml.
