I can't walk On borders (How to fix)

Hi so i have object details and that object have borders and i marked them in object builder as "Ground Border" but i cant walk on them then i tried to make them as common and i still cant walk on them in ob and otb editor they marked only unmovable and that's it. Any solution?

Fixed this one i just added speed so new i can walk. But now if i want to add flood around that bolder, those floors deletes my borders. How fix this?
