I deleted the map by accident, and when i recovered it by program named "Recuva" it says errors:

"Node file syntax error"

Repaired spawns. Can someone help me with it?

Deleted files wont be 100% recoverable. Some data is overriden. (but maybe that's not the case here)

Overriden data is not "recoverable", it (might be) replaced by some new data.

Lesson learned - when working with anything important on a local machine, create backups, be it on cloud or another device.

Sucks to hear that man, but make backups of your work on store it on a cloud with a version management system otherwise stuff like that happens.

try just
plugging power cable from Power supply ( if you didnt restart yet that should work with ram etc) done the trick for me few times uhh good times (if you wonder why they say alaways turn off computer in start is becasue the data you just removed/changed can be rolledback huehue
quickly make copy of otbm file if there is still any if it is still same size u can try hex editor to edit starting fields of the file and ending
