I dont know where to request.... so... COMAND TO PUTTY - START SERVER

Well, my server is hosted by Stian.
He made a page, that ends with /control where i can shutdown, start and do everything i usualy needs.
He instaled gesior account.
My gesior started to geting hacked etcs, so i installed modernacc.
Now the /control is NOT WORKING ANYMORE!
SO, server crashed,
and my server is off cuz i cant acess that page!

Help please :]
