I don't want my custom vocation to be promoted!

I just made a custom vocation.... and then someone makes the custom vocation as their voc of choice.... when she hits level 20 she promotes the vocation(exp: you see (playername. She is a.).....i didn't want that vocation to be able to be promoted! what do i do?<_<
