I got a problem with a bought acc

I got a question.

I bought the acc of Sasir. He just put that on allegro and i bought.
He said he bought it before and changed rec key and everything.
So when i paid he told me the acc number the pw and the rec key.
I bought pacc and a new rec key * i know stupid mistage , cuz the acc was still registred to his information.
So , the confirm key never arrived.
After a couple of time he just laughed and said "haha i dont live there anymore , thats why the letter didnt come.
Then he just told me he was at post office and they said the sent the letter back to element 5.
Element 5 gave me the msg the the letter arrived.
Means he got the confirm key.
Pacc arrived too.
When I played the char the firts time with pacc i was just 30 minutes online.
after that i couldnt loggin anymore and he changed everything.
Rec key pw email.
He just said , i never changed the rec key , i think it was the old owner who took it back.
Actually he didnt. it was Sasir.
He says , i sold the char i i got the money , i gave u acc information and then everything after that he doesnt care.
He thinks he can take the acc back after he gave out the information.
But i think its stil ilegal.
So , i know buying aCCS is ilegal but i just want to know , what would you do ?
Hes ignoring all my PMS etc.
And that just means he stole the acc back.
And when i cought him ingame he just wrote the same Nabenglish like hes doin on Otland.
I think going to police would be the best possibilty.
But maybe some of you know what I could do?

When i told him acc is away , he argued like

"ur own fault , dont download a virus then"

Yea , cuz people who send me a keylogger can look into my room and see my paper with the rec key on it.

He thinks wrong , if he takes it back its still a crime.

Another thing is , that the acc is online every day now. Therefor , when its online and you check the onlinelist here, sasir is online here ,too.

For me this sounds very strange , but well maybe a keylogger created a hidden camera in my room .

If yes , I WANt to have such a keylogger TOO!

If in your country, internet-crime is against the law, you can sue the one who have stolen it, with the polices help.

Ich denk du hast keine angst , dann die falsche nummer anzugeben und alles ,
wenn dieser miroslawa dein vater ist , hast du mehr probleme als nur der geklaute acc .
Gefakte daten beiallegro anzugeben ist auch kriminell.

This is exactly why account sharing is against the tibia rules, and inadvisable, since its way too easy for the original owner to get the account back after having sold it to you.

Technically he haven't done any crime, since he sold something which didn't belong to him, tibia accounts are owned by, and is the properly of, CIP, and not you, nor him.
Its comparable to buying a car which doesn't belong to the person you bought it from, all you have are his promises that you will be able to drive it, but you never know if he tells the truth or not.

Its true that he did something illegal, IF, and only IF he hacked your computer, but like you said, you kept it on a paper, not your computer, so he most probably didn't do that, so all in all he didn't do anything "illegal".
Sure he scammed you, but in most countries that is frowned upon, rather than being illegal, so you cannot really involve the police in the case.

Thus why you should never buy a tibia account, the new security measures with registration and everything leaves the original owner with atleast ONE way of getting his account back, no matter what you do to the account after you buy it.

Anyhow, enough of the lessons in tibia rules and world laws, as for solution, there isn't much you can do really, the only viable option i can see, is that you visit him personally and demand either the money or the account back.
However if you payed him via paypal or anything else relating to creditcard/paypal/bank transfer and such, you could call your bank or paypal and tell them to nullify the transfer due to him scamming you, that should hopefully give you your money back.

Thats all the advice i can give really, but take my word regarding account-purchases, never do it, because you WILL get scammed in the end.

Well , on allegro you must not give out ur addres just for the letter they send you to verify your account.
He also said I should call him under the number given in allegro.
He said call me and we talk about a place and wemeet . "Hes thinking of fighting"
Well , i know his name and the town where he comes from , nothing more.
But he surely knows that , if i really see him 1 time , ill just fucking pwn him and **** him back to his lovely country poland.
He just came here sort time ago and start to scam people , so all i can say is , go back to you country if you go on doing such things , if i do not catch you , someone else will maybe?
