Hello all, ehm i set up a website but when i try to go to it i get this error how can i fix it?

Not Found

The requested URL /v/index.php/account/create was not found on this server

I tried all of my ips.. And thats not the problem it says its "The requested URL /v/index.php/account/create was not found on this server." The thing im asking more is where can i go in to fix it or what is wrong..

Try to access the website without /v/ in the address bar. :p
