I got kicked 5 times in a row in 10 minutes and that wasnt my internet's fault 100%. The 1st time i got kicked i was hunting dragons and died by 1.

Please restore my lvl, it was 10%~ to 83, the skill was 68, give back my c arm, that i lost, 4 bps of uhs and 10 bps of mfs, other stuff i lost isnt important.

I just want to get back what ive lost, nothing more, nothing less
 
i have been kicked a few times also on Casa the Conqueror.
And before the flames come i am a legit player No bots are being used^^

Ive been getting randomly kicked after the server came back online again (after it being down for a few days), and I was unlucky enough to get kicked while hunting yesterday and I died aswell. I was lucky enought to get my stuff back and getting back my ml/lvl isnt gonna be to much of a problem, its just getting really annoying that I get kicked every now and then which also makes it unable to log back on because my char doesnt actually get kicked ;_;. Hope this can be fixed, because otherwise I might have to leave the server ;_;
 
i dont have such screenshots... but i went to a dragon hunt like 10min after i logged in and was carrying a full set of resources i use up in 3~ hrs when i hunt drags and dls... The stuff isnt really that much important, its just my char stats
 
People, this is the same thing that has happened to me thousands of times. If Owner gets his things back, I also get my stuff back. I have resently died by a GS in arena when got kicked. -.-
 
Since GMs obviously think that was my fault i died by a dragon, but i got smth better to do, then lvling hard and not rly interesting way and then dieing and simply losing lots of my time (tho badtoffel u saw i know how to spam uh hotkey when i killed that demon, and u know its not possible to die by a dragon at that lvl with so many uhs...), what is more at that time few more ppl got kicked aswell, which proves its not just me. Im quitting radonia and this evening ill throw all my stuff from the house and will leave it, so if some1 wants it ull have an opportunity to buy it :)

I know no1 cares about that, just wanna say, im working at a huge cell phone company (vodafone) and they have thousands of customers, still if some1 wants to end the contract, they care about every single one of them and try to keep em in many ways. Thats smth for u guys to think about...

That information should be sent to your ISP, I don't care because I know some players who are online alot and never experience such issues (unless server really goes down and uptime restarts from 0, normally announced in broadcast, if it's not then it's our fault).

If you want to quit, then do so if you feel it's the right thing to do, but just for your information, the update we're working on patching should improve the connection between server and client if you're 100% sure it's not your connection the issues might be solved after we've patchd this, until this is done I suggest you to only stay in safe areas or not login at all.
 
the thing is, ive lost 2 lvls by a dragon, which means i gotta spend 3-4~ hrs hunting em, and believe me its sooo boring... I just dont feel i want to waste my time like that, cuz i know it wasnt my internet provider's fault. Im not saying it was server's or smth, but i died not bcauze i got trapped or smth, i lvld in that cave from 70 to 84 lvl lol i know every single tile a drag and dl spawns, and i died not bcauze i made some mistake, i just got kicked like 5 or more times in a row. I dont want to quit Radonia, it is nice and i like it, but i dont want to restore smth that i lost. And no1 said i should stay away from hunting places yesterday...

So if thats just your arrogancy(or what?), and u simply dont want to restore my stats, tho its pretty obvious i died by a kick, ive got nothing else to do, then just quit.
 
Quiting ain't your only option Owner Owns. You only see it as your only option because you can't be bothered to get your stuff back. Wait for the next patch and hope for the best or talk with your ISP.
 
theres nothing wrong with my ISP, or is it to at least 4~ ppl who got kicked at roughly the same time aswell, being from different countries, and when the patch is released no1 would restore my stats that i lost, im quitting, bcauze its obviously not my fault that i died, and no1 gives a shit about that from gms. Ive already threw away all my stuff and sold the house. Bye every1
 
You can't expect the server owners to give you stuff because of your deaths. If that would be possible, everyone would claim that they have died due to a kick and that's not the way it works. You have to see it from the owners point of view as well.

Stats/items are not restored, to quote your other post again:

Do you really give new cellphones to your customers everytime their cellphone break? It's not the customers fault that the cellphones are not strong enough to not take any damage when falling on the floor?

If you ask me, I'd say it's the customers fault who were not careful enough with your cellphone, same goes for you about that you were not careful enough where you were hunting with a bad connection to the server (only thing I can think of, because the server did NOT go down).
 
I dont really think this is something to whine about.
You even get killed by lags/kicks on real tibia.
Do they give you the stuff back? No they dont.
What do you think, GMs will be sitting there giving everyone that died all his belongings back manually? Fuck off, i swear this is a stupid thread.
 
Yeah, I get kicked a lot, my main problem is the "you are already logged in" thingy. I don't want my stuff back, it's just annoying when you log on then your kicked and have to wait 15 mins. I'm actually in the middle of one of those 15 mins right now :p
 
u didnt get my point, it wasnt my fault i got kicked, it was smth wrong with the connection of the server and that happened to others aswell, just they wasnt hunting at that moment, but thats not important now, cuz ive quitted. And since u guys have like 20~(no matter what the website says) active players, and i would name almost all of em, thought u might want to keep another 1 on ur server, but whatever, gl with it in the future.

And with that company i meant they try to keep their customers, tho they have thousands of em, if some1 wants to quit, they know he wont leave himself without a cellphone, he'll be using it, just from some other provider, so they offer a way cheaper tariff plan, sometimes a free cellphone with a contract ofcourse, but so its not worth for the customer to switch the provider
 
badtoffel, u know i died cuz of a kick, and couldnt login(cmon man, u know i couldnt have died by a dragon...), so since its fixed now according to u, why dont u restore my char stats so i could play on Radonia happily ever after? Its christmas aterall... U know miracles come true at this time...
