And i get WTF how it is possible, for example if i want to mount a DEMON how i can do it same as the post... I see a orc mounted WTF how to do it ?

its pretty easy to do

on the looktype line in the monster file(example)

<look type="130" head="0" body="52" legs="128" feet="95" addons="2" mount="###" corpse="6312"/>

just add mount tag and change the number for the looktype of the monster you want to mount
