I have try to reinstall and that but not working.

The messenger have not work on 3 days.

change your IE settings to online.

run IE, go to tools on right-side and untick work offline.

Open internet explorer, go to tools, scroll down it should say "Work Online or Work offline" Check what it say's there, This problem happens a lot to me, normally just turning router on and off fixes it for me.
