Get a real anti-virus.

I can recommend Norton 360 5.0 Premier Edition 2012.

How do i know this works? Well asked my friend to send me some infected files and other funny stuff. It cock blocked it right away deleted the .exe's and well i was pretty much safe.

I have not been effected so far either and i pretty much visits all websites.
