Try removing this and see if it works.

Just use another source code? And if you are using 0.3.6 update to 0.4 and pay someone to do it right, or spend a couple of days trying to figger everything out on your own.

Make sure that you are using the same items.otb and same items.xml files for both the OT and RME

But as I said make sure they have done it before, even experienced members fail at these things, been around long enough to know that.
