I have problem with my WebSite: Can't connect to mysql database

I open my OTSERV, and after the 24 Hours +/- the website crash, appearing this message: can't connect to mysql databse, Some1 coul help me? Please And the site only back when I Restart the computer :s

You've write wrong DB on ur config.lua? (on ur serv)

No, the server open 100% and this appear only in 24+ of ot on!

Yes, Mysql running and Apache too!! I use Xampp and Windows Server 2003 32bits!
