EDIT!!!!

i fixed the problem with the npcs but if i get the npc's back i can't have my own hunting places by me!
the flavus-spawn is the one i need to remove and get a new one but if i do that, my hydra place will be gone
so im asking if it's any way i can keep the hydra and all npcs on my map

Use the map editor and set all the spawns to what you want. Every npc and monster had a certain place to spawn and if it's the same map and all the monsters spawn in the right places, then just rename it the same as the map f.ex.

If you map is named map.otbm
rename your spawns to map-spawn.xml
