I lost my soft boots because of rollback in this morning

Hi after I gave my soft boots to my other char server got kicked and I couldnt login to game like 30 ~~ min after that when I login the game I realized that I dont have softboots anymore anyone can help me about it? :/
 
No items back, i recomend you to don't transfer any items in this days because shadowcores is experiencing lags and kicks

Wait... it has been always like that
 
:/ I just started here new Its so sad that I cant have my soft boot back but anyway I like the server and I'll keep playing thanks for informations guys
