If you're not capable of editing configmanager.cpp, and no one jumps on this for you; Why not write your own talkactions and edit those to a globalstorage?

You can improove your paralyze script. Instead of a 1 tick paralyze, make a 10 tick paralyze over 1 second. Meaning if they got a bot they waste their healing the first 100 milli seconds, then their automatically bot will give them max potencial of 100 milli seconds potencial effect, and then they will be paralyzed for the next 800 milli seconds. (Without the ability to heal when they actually needs to), resulting in that they are screwd and it would be better if they didnt use the bot at all.
