Windows I need help my graphics

i need help at my graphics

when i use Directx5 this appears:

and this is directx 9 :

anyone could help?
this was on vista too but not XP.

I think i has the same problem but when i bought a better grapich card it was much better.

Its not about buying new graphic card. This happens usually if your graphic card ain't installed or needs new drivers. Husam, I don't think your graphic card is supported for Windows 7, also it would be good to tell us what graphic card you've got so we can find a solution for your problem.

i have NIVIDIA GeForce 6200 LE.

The problem isnt in the graficard or win7 vista got the same running directx10 dosent support below directx9 i belive

last time i had it on vista but it wasnt support opengl then i updated the driver on windows update then opengl appears and it was best of them.
but somtimes it laggy..
now im doing the same..
but i think it will work but laggy to
