Windows I need help with my tibia ot server

well, the thing i made first a tfs server, and worked perfectly, except that if other people can connect, i can´t.
A good guy tried to helped me with TeamViewer like for 2 hours, and he couln´t solve the problem.
I have otx server, i use xampp and DUC to create the server.
Can someone help me please?

add on hosts your ip and your domain

And you can enter via localhost

sorry if i dont get it right, you mean, create 2 host in no-ip?
